Precision Manufacturing:
Step-by-Step

Step 1: Trials and Protocol Validation
We firstly evaluate our clients’ specification and requirements relative to our standardised protocols. Often, we will create the specifications and protocols in consultation with our clients, to ensure expectations are met. Where required, trials are under-taken first.
A trial report is compiled to report back on aspects such as particle size distribution and moisture levels, or any other relevant factors pertaining to the requirements.

Step 2: Obtain Projected Production Scheduel
We plan assignments with clients, assisting us to meet expected deadlines. Combining smaller assignments can lead to a decrease in costs and enable clients to meet our minimum project assignment volumes.

Step 3: Product in-take
Before milling begins, we confirm the specifications with our clients and report on any deviations in the milling material received. Packaging material and labels are dispatched to us by our clients, with the milling material. An estimated delivery date is communicated.

Step 4: Milling
Using advanced milling technology and protocols, we process your material to the specified particle size. From coarse to ultra-fine micron levels with consistency and efficiency.

Step 5: Post-Milling
Once milled, every batch undergoes particle size verification and quality assessment, ensuring it matches requirements before dispatch. The milled products are packaged, labelled, weighed and pallets are packed and wrapped, ready for collection.
