Step-by-Step

Every order is handled with care, from arrival to dispatch.  Our protocols enable quality delivery, as well as meeting specified requirements.  Where required, we will recommend protocols to enhance the out-put.

Step 1: Raw Material Intake

We receive raw material directly from our clients, with all incoming products being logged and batch tracked, visually inspected, handled and stored under strict conditions.

Step 2: Preparation & Cleaning

The product is carefully prepared to ensure the spec is met, including the removal of unwanted materials such as stalks, stems, leaves etc. Washing and cleaning is conducted, before being readied for further processing.

Step 3: Processing & Stabilising

Depending on the product type, such as tomato paste or purees, we ensure controlled handling, consistent product quality, and the application of food-safe stabilisation processes, including the use of approved preservatives where required.

Step 4: Refinement & Filtration

The product is filtered and refined to achieve the desired texture, including the removal of fibres or coarse particles as well as smoothing and standardisation.

Step 5: Packaging & Preparation

Once processed, the product is prepared for dispatch with options for bulk packaging or custom formats, all supported by full batch labelling and traceability, and is then made ready for collection or distribution.

Cell Burst Technology

We offer advanced processing through cell burst technology, providing a more efficient and modern alternative to traditional particle size reduction methods.

 

Unlike conventional milling, which relies on gradual mechanical breakdown and can generate significant friction and heat. This allows for faster and more efficient release of internal contents, achieving the desired particle size with greater precision.

 

Because the process generates less frictional heat, it helps to better preserve product quality, colour, and nutritional integrity, while also improving overall processing efficiency.
